Slow Cooker Chili

Here's a recipe for slow cooker chili that's easy to make and packed with flavor: Ingredients: - 1 lb ground beef - 1 onion, diced - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes - 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed - 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed - 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste - 1 cup beef broth - 1 tablespoon chili powder - 1 tablespoon ground cumin - 1 teaspoon paprika - Salt and pepper, to taste - Shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and sliced green onions for serving (optional) Instructions: 1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat. 2. Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. 3. Add the cooked beef mixture to the slow cooker. 4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir well to combine. 5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. 6. Serve the chili hot with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and sliced green onions on top, if desired. Enjoy!
