Recipe of Pulled Pork Burger

Pulled Pork Burger

Here's a recipe for classic pulled pork that's perfect for BBQ: Ingredients: - 4-5 lb pork shoulder - 1/4 cup brown sugar - 2 tablespoons paprika - 2 tablespoons garlic powder - 2 tablespoons onion powder - 1 tablespoon salt - 1 tablespoon black pepper - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup water - BBQ sauce (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 225-250°F. 2. Combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl to make the dry rub. 3. Rub the dry rub all over the pork shoulder, making sure to coat it evenly. 4. Place the pork shoulder on the smoker or grill and cook for 8-10 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195-205°F. If using a smoker, use a fruitwood such as apple or cherry for smoking. 5. About halfway through the cooking time, mix together the apple cider vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Spray the pork shoulder with the mixture every hour to keep it moist. 6. Once the pork is done, remove it from the smoker or grill and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. 7. Shred the pork with two forks, discarding any excess fat. Serve the pulled pork with BBQ sauce on the side, if desired. Note: If you don't have a smoker or grill, you can also cook the pork shoulder in a slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours, or until it is tender enough to shred.
